What's included in the set?

How long until I see results?
Hydration improves in 1 to 2 weeks. Glow and clarity build by weeks 3 to 4. Dark spot fading takes 6 to 12 weeks. Melasma improvement can take 8 to 16+ weeks. Pigmentation is slow to shift — this is a long game. Consistency and SPF are everything.

Will this help with melasma?
Yes. TXA and retinal are two of the most effective non-prescription ingredients for melasma. Daily SPF is absolutely essential — without it, the routine won't work.

How long will the set last?
With twice-daily use, most products will last 3 to 4 months. The serums (30 ml each) may run out slightly sooner. Every product is available individually so you only reorder what you need.

Why are there two different TXA serums?
The AM serum (Anua) uses a lower concentration for daily prevention. The PM serum (Purito) uses a higher strength plus retinal for active correction. This AM/PM split maximises results without overloading the skin.

Will my skin purge?
Possibly during the first 1 to 3 weeks from retinal. This is normal and should settle. If irritation feels excessive, reduce retinal frequency.

Can I combine this with tretinoin?
No. Do not layer retinal with tretinoin. Retinal and tretinoin target the same pathway — combining them causes excessive irritation. If you're on prescription retinoids, speak to your prescriber before using this routine. The hydrating products (cleanser, toner, centella, cream, SPF) are fine alongside tretinoin.

What if I get irritation from the retinal serum?
Pause the Purito PM serum for 2 to 3 days. Continue with toner, centella ampoule, and moisturiser. Reintroduce slowly — start with once or twice a week.

Do I need to wear SPF every single day?
Yes. Non-negotiable with this routine. UV exposure triggers and worsens pigmentation. Without daily SPF, the entire system is undermined.

What if my skin reacts to one of the other products?
Stop using that specific product and continue with the rest. Contact us and we'll help you identify the issue and find a swap. We're not here to sell you something that doesn't work for you.

Can I return or exchange a product?
