When to use
AM and/or PM after cleansing. Can be used daily.

Step-by-step

1. Cleanse
   Start with a gentle cleanser suited to your skin type.
   
2. Apply the toner – hands method (best for sensitive skin)
   Pour a small amount (about a 5–10p coin) into your palms.
   Gently press and pat over face and neck for 30–60 seconds until absorbed.
   
3. Or cotton pad method (if you like a swipe)
   Soak a thin cotton pad and swipe from the centre of the face outwards, avoiding the immediate eye area.
   Great if you want a very light “refining” feel.
   
4. Layer if needed
   For very dry or sensitised skin, you can layer 2–3 times (“toner layering”) until your skin feels comfortably plump.
   
5. Follow with serum + moisturiser
   Use your treatment serums next (e.g. BOJ Glow Deep / Calming / Revive), then moisturiser.
   
6. Daytime = SPF
   In the morning, always finish with broad-spectrum SPF 30–50.

Tips to get the most out of it

• Perfect right after washing if your skin feels tight – it quickly takes away that “post-cleanse” dryness.
  
• On barrier-repair days, keep it simple:
  Gentle cleanser → this toner (1–3 layers) → rich moisturiser → SPF (AM).
  
• You can also soak thin cotton pads and use them as DIY soothing masks on cheeks or areas of irritation for 5–10 minutes.
  

Patch-test first. Every skin is different – apply a little behind your ear or on your jawline and wait 24 hours before full use, especially if your barrier is already compromised.
