Deep Clean Foam Cleanser Sedum Hyaluron Foam 150ml

AM or PM – water-based cleanse

1. Wet your face
   Use lukewarm water (too hot can dry and irritate the skin).
   
2. Create the foam
   Squeeze a pea to 1 cm strip of cleanser into your palm.
   Add a little water and rub between your hands until you get a thick, creamy foam.
   
3. Massage
   Apply the foam to your face, avoiding the immediate eye area.
   Gently massage in circular motions for 30–60 seconds, focusing on:
   T-zone and nose
   Areas with visible pores, congestion or where SPF and makeup build up.
   
4. Rinse thoroughly
   Rinse with lukewarm water until all foam is gone (check around hairline, nose and jaw).
   
5. Pat dry & follow up
   Gently pat (don’t rub) your skin dry with a clean towel.
   Follow with toner, serum and moisturiser while skin is still slightly damp.

• Evening:
  Step 2 of a double cleanse after a cleansing balm/oil to fully remove sunscreen and makeup.

• If your skin leans dry, start with once per day (evenings) and only add a morning cleanse if needed.
  
• Pair with a hydrating toner and barrier-supporting cream to keep your moisture levels high.
  
• Alternate with a very gentle cleanser if your barrier feels a bit fragile – use Sedum Hyaluron Foam on days you feel more congested.
