PM – First cleanse (recommended)

You can also use it in the morning if you wake up very oily or wear heavy evening skincare.

1. Start with dry skin and dry hands
   Do not wet your face first – oil works best on dry skin.
   
2. Dispense the oil
   Pump 2–3 pumps into your palms.
   Gently rub your hands together to spread the oil.
   
3. Massage to dissolve makeup & SPF
   Massage over your dry face for 60–90 seconds in circular motions.
   
   Focus on:
   T-zone and nose (where blackheads live)
   Chin and around the mouth
   Areas with long-wear foundation or SPF build-up.
   
4. Target eyes and lips (waterproof makeup)
   Close your eyes and gently massage over lashes and lids to dissolve mascara and liner.
   
   Do the same over lips to remove lipstick or stains – no harsh rubbing.
   
5. Emulsify (make it milky)
   Wet your hands with a little lukewarm water and keep massaging.
   
   The oil will turn a pale, milky colour – this is the emulsification step that helps lift everything off the skin.
   
   Massage for another 30 seconds.
   
6. Rinse thoroughly
   Rinse with lukewarm water until the water runs clear and there’s no slip left.
   
7. Follow with a water-based cleanser
   As with any oil cleanser, follow with a gentle gel/foam cleanser to complete your double cleanse.

Tips to get the most out of it

• Spend time on your nose and centre of the face a few evenings a week to help manage blackheads and sebaceous filaments.
  
• If you’re very clog-prone, start with a few nights a week and monitor how your skin responds (because of isopropyl myristate).
  
• Always follow with a hydrating toner/serum and moisturiser to keep your barrier happy.
