What's included in the set?
Seven full-size Korean skincare products (no minis, no samples) selected specifically for naturally sensitive skin. All unscented or fragrance-free formulations. A complete AM + PM system that won't trigger your skin.

How long until I see results?
Softer, calmer skin is usually noticeable within the first week. Redness and reactivity improve gradually over 3 to 6 weeks with consistent use. This routine is about building long-term comfort, not a dramatic overnight change.

Does this contain any fragrance or essential oils?
No. Every product in this set is either unscented or fragrance-free. No essential oils. No synthetic fragrance.

How long will the set last?
With twice-daily use, most products will last 3 to 4 months. Every product is available individually so you only reorder what runs out first.

How much would these cost individually?
£126.98 if purchased separately — but without the system, you'd still be wondering which gentle products actually work together and in what order. This routine removes the guesswork so you're not accidentally irritating your skin by layering the wrong things.

What makes this different from the Barrier Repair Routine?
The Sensitive Skin Routine is for skin that's naturally reactive or easily irritated but not currently in a damaged state. If your skin is stinging, burning, flaking, or peeling, start with the Barrier Repair Routine instead. This routine is for ongoing sensitive skin management — keeping things calm and comfortable long-term.

Does this contain any actives?
The Purito Centella Serum contains niacinamide, which is very gentle and suitable for sensitive skin. No exfoliants, retinoids, AHAs, or BHAs.

Is this suitable for rosacea?
This routine uses very gentle, soothing ingredients that many people with rosacea tolerate well. However, rosacea is a medical condition — if you're unsure, we recommend checking with your dermatologist before starting any new routine.

Is the mineral SPF suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. The Knours Koolsol uses zinc oxide (non-nano), which sits on top of the skin rather than absorbing into it. One of the gentlest forms of sun protection available.

Do I need to double cleanse every night?
If you wear SPF daily, yes. Oil cleansing removes sunscreen properly so the rest of your routine can absorb and work. If you skip SPF and makeup on a given day, you can skip the oil cleanse.

What if my skin reacts to one of the products?
Stop using that specific product and continue with the rest. Contact us and we'll help you identify the issue and find a suitable alternative. Skin is personal — even gentle products don't suit everyone.

Can I use this alongside tretinoin or prescription retinoids?
The hydrating and soothing products in this routine (cleanser, toner, centella serum, cream, SPF) are great retinoid companions. If you're on prescription treatments, check with your prescriber to make sure everything works together.

Can I return or exchange a product?
Unopened and unused products can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. If something isn't working for your skin, contact us.

Can I buy individual products when one runs out?
Yes. Every product in the set is available individually on our store.
