1–3 times per week, or whenever your skin feels dull, dehydrated or tired.

Step-by-step

Prep your skin
Start with a freshly cleansed face.
Optional but ideal: apply a hydrating toner first so your skin is slightly damp and ready to drink up the essence.
Apply the mask
Open the pouch carefully and remove the hydrogel mask.
There’s usually a protective film – peel it off gently.
Align the mask with your eyes, nose and mouth, then smooth it over your face, pressing out any air bubbles so it fits like a second skin.
Mask time
Leave on for 15–20 minutes for a quick bounce + glow boost.
For a more intensive treatment, some people leave it on for up to 30 minutes, as long as the mask is still moist.
You can also use it as an overnight mask if the instructions and your skin tolerate it: remove the sheet once it starts to dry and gently pat in the remaining jelly essence.
Remove & absorb
Gently peel off the mask from the edges.
Do not rinse.
Massage or lightly tap any remaining essence over face, neck and even the backs of your hands.
