What's included in the set?
Seven full-size Korean skincare products (no minis, no samples) plus printed Blueprint Cards that guide you through the entire system — what to use, when to introduce it, and how to troubleshoot if something doesn't feel right. Everything you need to stop guessing and start building real results.

How long until I see results?
Hydration and plumpness show up in the first week. Texture and tone improvements build gradually over the first month. Real transformation — the kind you see in before/afters — happens around Month 3 to 4 with consistent use and daily SPF. This is real skincare, not a quick fix.

Is this suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. This system was designed with sensitive skin in mind. Brightening steps are supported by hydrating and calming layers to reduce irritation risk. The onboarding phase introduces products gradually so your skin has time to adjust.

How long will the set last?
With twice-daily use, most customers can expect the set to last around 3 to 4 months. Some products will last longer than others depending on how much you use per application. Every product is available individually so you only reorder what you need, not the full set.

How much would these cost individually?
£136.14 if purchased separately — but even then you'd still be guessing the order, the timing, and when to introduce actives. The Glass Skin Blueprint gives you the complete system for £119 ( saving you £17) plus the printed Blueprint Cards with onboarding guidance and troubleshooting. You're not just saving money. You're getting the plan that makes the products actually work.

Do I need to double cleanse every night?
If you wear SPF daily, yes. Oil cleansing is essential for removing sunscreen properly, and that clean base is what allows everything else to absorb and work.

Can I buy individual products when one runs out?
Yes. Every product in the set is available individually on our store. When one runs out before the others, just reorder that one.

What if my skin reacts to one of the products?
Every product has been chosen for its gentle formulation, but skin is personal. If you experience irritation, stop that product and let your skin settle for a few days. Contact us and we'll help you identify the issue and find a suitable swap. We're not here to sell you something that doesn't work for you.

Can I return or exchange a product?
Unopened and unused products can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. If you've started using the system and something isn't agreeing with your skin, contact us. We want the routine to work for you.

Will this help with pigmentation?
Yes. TXA helps prevent excess pigmentation. Niacinamide evens tone. Daily SPF prevents new marks from forming. The results are gradual and build with consistent use.

Is the snail mucin sticky or tacky?
No. COSRX Snail 96 absorbs quickly and leaves a glossy, glazed finish without tackiness.

Can I use this with tretinoin?
Yes, with adjustments. The hydrating products (cleanser, toner, snail mucin, cream, SPF) are perfect tretinoin companions. Skip the TXA/niacinamide serum on tret nights to avoid stacking actives and use the serum on alternate nights instead. If unsure, check with your prescriber first.

What if I already own one of the products?
Contact us before ordering. We may be able to accommodate a swap depending on what you already have. We'd rather you get exactly what you need.

Is this personalised to my skin type?
The Glass Skin Blueprint is designed for dry, dehydrated, combination, normal, and sensitive skin types. The system works because the products complement each other, and the Blueprint Cards guide you on pacing based on how your skin responds. You're not following a generic routine. You're adjusting the pace to what your skin tells you.

Are these products vegan and cruelty-free?
Six of the seven products are vegan. The exception is the COSRX Snail 96 Mucin Essence, which contains snail-derived filtrate. COSRX uses an ethical extraction process where snails are not harmed. If you follow a strictly vegan routine, contact us to discuss an alternative. All seven products are cruelty-free.

Are these products free from parabens and sulfates?
Six of the seven products are confirmed free from parabens, sulfates, synthetic fragrance, and silicones. For the Beauty of Joseon Relief Sun SPF50+, we recommend checking the full ingredient list on the individual product page for specific concerns.
