This Acropass kit is a two-step spot patch: a prep wipe to clean the spot, then a small patch with fine, dissolving hyaluronic acid tips carrying niacinamide, madecassoside and allantoin, to help a blemish look flatter and calmer. What it doesThe alcohol-based wipe, with salicylic acid (a BHA) and tea tree leaf oil, cleans the area. The patch's microneedles then dissolve over several hours, leaving the soothing ingredients where the spot is, while the patch stops you picking.
