  • How long does dispatch take?

    We aim to dispatch all orders the same working day if placed before 1pm (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day.

    Delivery options:
    - Royal Mail Tracked 48 – £3.50 (2–3 working days)
    - Free delivery on orders over £30 (after discounts)

    You’ll receive tracking via email or SMS as soon as your order ships.

    Most UK orders arrive within 2 days — please allow up to 3 working days during busy periods.

  • Do you offer free shipping?

    Yes, we offer free UK shipping on orders over £30 (after discounts). Orders under £30 are charged a flat rate of £3.50.

    All orders are packed and shipped from our UK base. We currently use Royal Mail Tracked services for reliable delivery across the UK.

  • Where do you ship to?

    We currently ship to the UK only.

    All orders are dispatched from our UK base (London) with Royal Mail Tracked services. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

  • What’s your return policy?

    You can return any unused and unopened items within 28 days of receiving your order.

    To start a return, email us at admin@kskinaura.co.uk within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number and the word "REFUND" in the subject line.

    All returned items must be in original condition and packaging. Used, opened, or damaged products cannot be refunded unless they arrived faulty.

  • What if a product doesn’t work for me?

    You can return any unused and unopened items within 28 days of receiving your order.

    To start a return, you must notify us by email within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number and the word "REFUND" in the subject line.

    Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from our website. Proof of purchase is required, and all items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

    Once we receive and assess the return, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method.

    Please note: We cannot accept returns on opened, used, or damaged items unless they arrived faulty.

  • Are your products authentic?

    Yes — we only stock 100% authentic Korean skincare sourced directly from authorised Korean distributors. We never sell grey market or counterfeit goods.

  • Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

    We carefully select brands known for gentle, skin-friendly formulas — many designed specifically for sensitive or acne-prone skin.

    However, we always recommend doing a patch test before use, especially if your skin is reactive or allergy-prone.

  • Where can I find ingredients and usage instructions?

    You’ll find full ingredient lists and usage instructions on each product page. If anything is missing, feel free to contact us and we’ll send the details.

  • Do you sell vegan or cruelty-free products?

    Many of the products we offer are vegan or cruelty-free. Each listing will mention if the formula meets those criteria.

    If you're unsure, feel free to contact us — we’re happy to help confirm before you buy.

  • Can I change or cancel my order?

    If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help. Once it's been shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

  • Where is my order?

    Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. Royal Mail Tracked 48 usually delivers within 2–3 working days. If it's been longer, please contact us and we'll look into it.

  • I received the wrong or damaged item — what do I do?

    We’re so sorry! Please email us with your order number and a photo of the item you received. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.
