Returns
We accept returns of unused and unopened items within 28 days of delivery.
To request a return:

Email us at hello@kskinaura.co.uk within 28 days of receiving your order

Use “REFUND” in the subject line and include your order number

Items must be in original, unopened, unused condition

Opened or used products can’t be refunded unless faulty

Return postage is your responsibility unless we sent the wrong or damaged item

Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving and inspecting the return
Note for EU customers: Return postage is also your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
