Shipping policy

We currently ship to the UK and selected EU countries.

Dispatch time:

Orders placed before 1 PM Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day.
Orders placed after 1 PM are dispatched the next working day.
We ship Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

UK delivery:

Typically delivered within 2 working days
Orders £25 and over
Royal Mail Tracked 24 — FREE
Royal Mail aims to deliver the next working day after dispatch

EU delivery:

For UK orders of £25 and over placed before 1 PM on a working day:

Order before 1 PM → dispatched the same day → Royal Mail Tracked 24 aims to deliver the next working day.

Tracking details are sent by email or SMS once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary during busy periods, bank holidays or due to carrier delays.
