We currently ship to the UK and selected EU countries.
Dispatch time:
- Orders placed before 1 PM Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day.
- Orders placed after 1 PM are dispatched the next working day.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 — £2.99 for orders under £25
Royal Mail Tracked 24 — FREE for orders £25 and over -
EU:
International Tracked — £6.99–£8.99
Delivered within approximately 3–7 working days
Free shipping:
- Free UK shipping on orders £25 and over
- Free EU shipping on orders over €60
Tracking details are sent via email or SMS once your order has been dispatched.
We ship Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
For UK orders of £25 and over placed before 1 PM on a working day, we dispatch the same day using Royal Mail Tracked 24, which aims for next working day delivery.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary during busy periods, bank holidays or due to carrier delays.
Returns
We accept returns of unused and unopened items within 28 days of delivery.
To start a return:
Email us at hello@kskinaura.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
Use “REFUND” in the subject line and include your order number.
Return conditions:

Opened or used products can’t be refunded unless faulty

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless we sent the wrong or damaged item

Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving and inspecting your return
Note for EU customers: Return postage is also your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
