Shipping

We currently ship to the UK and selected EU countries.

Dispatch time:
Orders placed before 1 PM (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same working day.
Orders placed after 2 PM are shipped the next working day.

Delivery options:

• UK: Royal Mail Tracked 48 — £3.99 (2–3 working days)

• EU: International Tracked — £9.99 (3–7 working days)
  Orders are shipped from the UK and may be subject to local VAT or import handling fees, depending on your country’s customs rules. These charges are set by local authorities and are not collected by us.

Free shipping thresholds:

• Free UK shipping on orders over £30

• Free EU shipping on orders over €80

Tracking details are emailed to you as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Please note: Delivery times may be impacted by UK public holidays and local holidays in the destination country. We do not dispatch orders on weekends or UK bank holidays.
Orders placed after 1 PM (UK time) on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or public holidays will be processed on the following working day.

Returns

We accept returns of unused and unopened items within 28 days of delivery.

To start a return:
Email us at hello@kskinaura.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
Use “REFUND” in the subject line and include your order number.

Return conditions:

• Items must be in original, unopened condition

• Opened or used products can’t be refunded unless faulty

• Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless we sent the wrong or damaged item

• Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving and inspecting your return

Note for EU customers: Return postage is also your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
