AM or PM – Water-based cleanse

1. Wet your face with lukewarm water.
   
2. Squeeze a small amount (about a 1–2 cm strip) into your palm.
   
3. Add a little water and lather it up between your hands until you get a soft, creamy foam.
   
4. Apply the foam to your face and gently massage for 30–60 seconds, focusing on:
   T-zone, nose and chin
   Areas with blackheads, whiteheads or active breakouts
   
5. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water until no residue remains.
   
6. Gently pat dry with a clean towel (no rubbing), then follow with toner, serum and moisturiser.

Where it fits in your routine

• Morning: use as your main cleanser if you wake up feeling oily or congested.
  
• Evening:
  Step 2 in a double cleanse after a cleansing balm or oil (to remove sunscreen/makeup).
  Or your single cleanser if you’re not heavily made up.
  

Tips to get the most out of it

• Start with once a day (usually PM), then increase to twice daily if your skin tolerates it well.
  
• On very sensitive or dry days, use it just on the T-zone and switch to a gentler cleanser on the cheeks.
  
• Always follow with hydrating toner/serum + moisturiser to support your barrier, especially if you’re using other actives (retinoids, exfoliating toners, etc.).
  

Patch-test first. Every skin is unique – dab a little behind your ear or on your jawline and wait 24 hours before full use.
