• Start with dry hands and a dry face – this is key for that proper oil phase.
  
• Pump 2–3 pumps of cleanser into your palms and warm it up slightly between your hands.
  
• First cleanse (oil phase):
  Gently massage over your face and neck for at least 45–60 seconds.
  
  Spend extra time where you have SPF, foundation, long-wear lipstick or mascara.
  
  Close your eyes and massage over the lashes to dissolve eye makeup (no rubbing or tugging).
  
• Add water to transform:
  Wet your hands with a little lukewarm water and keep massaging.
  
  The texture will transform from oil into a soft, milky foam – keep working it in for another 30 seconds to deep-clean pores.
  
• Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water until skin feels clean but still comfortable – no tight, squeaky feeling.
  
• Gently pat dry (don’t rub) and follow with toner, serum, and moisturiser.

• Heavy makeup day? Repeat once more or follow with a gentle water-based cleanser.
  
• Great as a morning cleanse too if your skin feels oily or congested.
  
• Take your time with the massage – think of it as a mini facial at home and a moment to de-stress.

Jojoba Oil (Simmondsia Chinensis) – Technically a wax ester (not an oil), making it extremely stable and the most similar to human sebum. Creates a protective, moisturizing barrier while being completely miscible with natural skin oils

Honey Extract – Moisturizing, soothing and antibacterial properties that help calm and hydrate skin during cleansing
