1. PM, 2–3 × weekly. After cleansing/toner, press 1–2 pumps over face (avoid eye/lip areas).

2. Do not rub hard; light tapping is enough. Expect a prickly feel for 5–10 min.

3. Follow with a simple moisturiser—skip acids or retinoids the same night.

Patch-test first! Every skin is unique—what my skin loves, yours might not. Dab a little behind your ear or on your jawline and wait 24 h before using all over.
