1. PM, 2–3 × weekly to start. After toner/essence, apply 2–3 drops over face & neck.

2. Press gently; avoid direct eye area and corners of mouth.

3. Seal with a simple moisturiser. Increase to nightly as tolerated; always use SPF next morning.
