Is this a retinoid eye cream?

No. There is no retinoid in it. The main ingredients for the look of fine lines are adenosine and two peptides, alongside shea butter, squalane and ceramide NP for comfort. If you want a retinal eye treatment, Beauty of Joseon Ginseng + Retinal Eye Serum is the one we would choose.

Is it suitable for sensitive eyes?

It is not our default choice. It contains fragrance plus limonene and linalool, which some people react to around the thin eye area. If you avoid fragrance, Knours One Perfect Firming + Plumping Eye Cream has no fragrance listed.

Will it help dark circles or puffiness?

That is not what we chose it for. Our box describes it as a cream for dry eye areas losing elasticity, with a wrinkle-care label, and it has no brightening ingredient for discolouration. It can make tired-looking eyes look smoother and more comfortable, but shadows, colour and puffiness are a different concern.

Can I wear it under concealer?

Yes. It is a soft cream that absorbs quickly, so it works in the morning as well as at night. Give it a moment to settle before concealer.

Can I use it if my face is oily?

Usually, yes. The skin around the eyes is thinner and drier than the rest of the face, so a cushioning eye cream can suit someone whose T-zone is oily. If you find it too rich, use it at night only.
