It is not vegan: the main ingredient is snail secretion filtrate. COSRX state the mucin is collected without harming the snails. We have not seen a cruelty-free certification for it, so we don't label it that way.

Can oily or blemish-prone skin use it?

It depends on your skin. There are no oils in the listed ingredients and the texture is light, so oily skin that also feels dehydrated can use it as a hydration layer. If you dislike any extra dewiness, you may find the finish too much. A small number of reviews from blemish-prone users mention breakouts, so introduce it on its own and patch test first.

Can I use it with retinoids, vitamin C or acids?

Yes, as far as the formula goes: it has no retinoid and no exfoliating acid of its own, so it does not add a second active to your routine. Use it after toner and before your treatment serum, then moisturiser.
