Haruharu Wonder Black Rice Moisture Cleansing Oil is a nine-ingredient, unscented cleansing oil built on rice bran oil, with sunflower, olive, jojoba and macadamia seed oils. It melts sunscreen, makeup and excess oil as a first cleanse, then turns milky with water and rinses away, leaving skin soft rather than tight. What it doesThe plant oils dissolve sunscreen, makeup and sebum. Sorbeth-30 tetraoleate is the emulsifier: when you add water, the oil turns into a milky emulsion so it rinses off instead of sitting on the skin. Tocopherol (vitamin E) helps protect the oils.
