I'm From Rice Toner is a milky Korean toner made with rice harvested in Yeoju, Korea, as our box states, alongside niacinamide, rice bran extract and adenosine. It hydrates and softens dry, dull skin and leaves it looking smooth and radiant, with a glass-skin glow. What it doesOn our box the ingredient list starts with water, so we describe this as a hydrating, softening toner made with rice rather than one built on rice extract; the box says the rice and rice bran extracts are what make skin feel soft. Light emollients form a thin, comfortable layer that helps hold water in, which is why the toner looks milky. Niacinamide is there to help even the look of skin tone and adenosine for the look of fine lines, but we chose it for softness and hydration first, not as a dark spot or wrinkle treatment. Shake well before use. Where it goes in your routineThe first step after cleansing, morning and evening. Shake to mix, then sweep it over the face with a cotton pad or pat it in with your hands. For extra hydration, pat in a second thin layer. Follow with serum and moisturiser. What to expectSkin feels soft and hydrated straight away.
