Not in the sense of a firming treatment. The elasticity claim is in Knours' product name, but the formula is a hydrating one, with no adenosine, peptides or retinoid. Hydrated skin looks plumper and bouncier on the day; for a targeted firming step you would add a dedicated serum or cream.

Are they exfoliating pads?

No. Citric acid and sodium citrate are in the list to adjust the pH, not as an exfoliating active. These are for hydration, so they suit days when you don't want to exfoliate.

Can I use them as a mask?

Yes. Leave a pad on dry areas such as the cheeks or smile lines for about 5 minutes, then wipe and pat in the leftover essence.
