After cleansing, toning, and serum steps, scoop a pea-sized amount.
Warm between fingertips to soften the capsule texture.
Gently press into face and neck, avoiding rubbing.
Allow 1–2 minutes for absorption before SPF (AM) or eye cream (PM).
