How strong is the retinol?

Numbuzin do not state the retinol percentage, so we won't guess one. Treat it as a retinol product: introduce it slowly and judge it by how your eye area feels.

Can I use it if I am new to retinoids?

Yes, if you introduce it gradually. The eye area is thin and can become irritated more easily than the rest of the face, so start on a few evenings a week with a small amount and increase only if your skin stays comfortable.

Is it suitable for sensitive eyes?

It is not our default choice. It contains retinol, and if your eye area is reactive, peeling or prone to eczema, let it settle before adding any retinoid. Knours One Perfect Firming + Plumping Eye Cream has no retinoid.

Will it help dark circles, puffiness or hollows?

It depends on the cause. Numbuzin position it for dark circles and puffiness, and niacinamide can help where discolouration is part of the darkness. Shadows from hollows, visible blood vessels or fat pads are structural, and no eye cream fills or removes them. Hydration can make thin skin look a little plumper.

Can I use it if I already use a retinoid on my face?

Possibly. If your facial retinoid already goes close to the eyes, adding this may simply increase irritation. If you keep your facial retinoid away from the eye area, this can be the one retinoid you use there.

Can I use it during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

It contains retinol, so we don't recommend it then without advice from your doctor or pharmacist. Knours One Perfect Firming + Plumping Eye Cream has no retinoid.
