Routine Guide

AM

  1. Cleanser – Heartleaf Foam
    Apply a small amount to wet skin.
    Lather and massage gently for ~20–30 seconds, focusing on T-zone and areas with congestion.
    Rinse with lukewarm water and pat dry.
  2. Toner – Heartleaf Calming Toner Skin Booster
    Pour a few drops into your hands or onto a cotton pad.
    Swipe or press over face and neck.
    You can layer 2–3 times on areas that feel tight or hot.
  3. Serum – Heartleaf TECA Capsule Serum Calming Drop
    Use 2–3 drops and spread over face and neck.
    Focus on red, irritated or breakout-prone areas.
    Press in gently until absorbed.
  4. Cream – Heartleaf Crème Calming Tube
    Apply a pea to chickpea amount.
    Press and glide over face and neck; add a little more to dry patches.
  5. SPF
    Finish with a broad-spectrum sunscreen in the morning.

PM

  • If you wore makeup or heavy SPF:
    Use your oil/balm cleanser first, then Heartleaf Foam as your second cleanse.
  • Follow with Toner → Serum → Cream as above.
  • At night you can use a slightly thicker layer of cream if your skin is very dry or sensitised.

Patch-test first. Especially if your barrier is already upset, try each product behind your ear or on your jawline and wait 24 hours before using it all over.
