How to use

1. Apply as the last step of your skincare routine 
2. Use a generous amount (roughly two finger-lengths for face and neck)
3. Spread gently across your face and neck
4. Pat lightly for better absorption 
5. Wait 2-3 minutes before applying makeup

Pro tips for best results

• Generous application is non-negotiable — Most people don't apply enough SPF. For face and neck, use two full finger-lengths of product. Less SPF = less protection
• Apply 30 minutes before sun exposure — Chemical sunscreens need time to bind to your skin . Don't apply and walk straight outside
• Reapply every 2-3 hours — If you're outdoors, near windows, or driving. Sunscreen degrades over time and with UV exposure
• Let it set before makeup — Wait up to 5 minutes after applying before foundation or concealer. This prevents pilling and ensures even coverage
• If you have very dry skin — Layer a rich moisturiser underneath. Some users with dry skin found this sunscreen not hydrating enough on its own 
• If you have very sensitive skin — Patch test first. While it's dermatologically tested, some users reported dryness or irritation

What not to do

• Don't skip moisturiser if you have dry skin — this SPF alone may not be enough hydration for very dry skin types
• Don't forget your neck, ears, and the back of your hands — these areas age too
• Don't rely on SPF in your foundation — you'd need 15x the normal amount to get the stated protection
• Don't store in direct sunlight or heat — chemical filters degrade faster in high temperatures

A note on patch testing
Before using this sunscreen on your full face, patch test first. Apply a small amount behind your ear or along your jawline. Wait 24 hours. If you notice any redness, itching, or irritation, do not use it on your face.

This is especially important if you have very sensitive skin, are allergic to essential oils (pine, chamomile), or have reacted to chemical sunscreens before.

A patch test takes 30 seconds. Dealing with a reaction takes weeks. Worth it.
