How to Start
• Sensitive skin: start once nightly for the first 1–2 weeks.
• Most skin types: use morning and night from day one.
• After 2–4 weeks, keep twice daily for steady hydration and soothing.

How to Apply
• Cleanse and (optional) tone.
• Dispense 2–3 drops into palms.
• Press over face and neck, focusing on areas of redness or dehydration.
• Layer a second coat on dry patches if needed.
• Follow with moisturiser. In the morning, finish with SPF.

Safety Notes
• Plays well with most routines. If your skin is reactive, avoid layering with strong acids or retinoids the same evening at first.
• If irritation occurs, pause and reintroduce gradually.
