How To Use

1. After cleansing/toner, apply mask, smoothing out any air bubbles.

2. Standard method — relax for 15 – 20 min, then remove and pat in remaining essence.
OR
Overnight method — leave the mask on while you sleep (up to 6–8 h).
• Make sure the sheet is still well-adhered and not drying out before bed.
• If you sleep on your side, place a thin towel over your pillowcase.

3. Follow with moisturiser or sleeping mask if desired.
Use 1–2 × weekly for best results.
