How to Start
• Sensitive skin: start 3–4 times per week.
• Most skin types: once daily (evening) is ideal.
• After 2–4 weeks, adjust frequency based on how your skin feels.

• Remove makeup first if you’re wearing any.
• Wet your face and the brush head.
• Add a small amount of cleanser to the brush or your skin.
• Glide over the face in gentle circular motions for ~60 seconds (forehead, nose/chin, each cheek).
• Avoid the eye area. Rinse face and brush thoroughly, then pat skin dry and follow with toner/serum/moisturiser.
