If your skin doesn’t feel more balanced, calm, or cared for after using a K Skin Aura product or routine as directed, we’ll do our best to make it right.

If irritation or discomfort occurs at any point, please stop using the product(s) immediately and contact us so we can advise on next steps.

How it works:

• Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order

• Let us know which product(s) you used, how you used them, and what reaction or issue you experienced

• Include any relevant details (for example: timing, frequency, whether products were layered, or if other actives were in use)

We’ll carefully review your request and offer a refund, exchange, or store credit, depending on the product(s), level of use, and the nature of the issue.

Our goal is not quick fixes or blanket promises — it’s helping you find skincare your skin can genuinely live with.
