Is it moisturising enough for oily skin on its own?

For many oily and combination skins, yes: it is designed as the full moisturiser step, just in a lighter texture. If your skin still feels tight by midday, add a hydrating toner underneath rather than switching to a heavy cream.

Will it suit dry skin?

It depends on your skin. Skin that is dehydrated but not dry often likes it. If your skin is dry and flaky, it will probably feel too light, and Haruharu Wonder Black Rice Hyaluronic Cream Unscented is the richer choice.

Is it a firming or anti-ageing moisturiser?

Not really. Beauty of Joseon include peptides for elasticity, but we chose it for light hydration that keeps shine in check. If firmness is your main goal, look at a dedicated serum.

Does it contain silicones?

Yes: methyl trimethicone and two dimethicone crosspolymers, which help give the soft, non-greasy finish. If you avoid silicones, this one is not for you.

Is it suitable for sensitive skin?

It can be. Beauty of Joseon describe it as fragrance-free and alcohol-free, and there are no essential oils, retinoid or exfoliating acids; the citric acid is there to adjust pH. Patch test first if your skin reacts easily.
