Where it fits in your routine
The final step of your morning skincare routine. Apply after moisturiser, before makeup. For dry skin, keep your moisturiser underneath. For oily skin, this can replace moisturiser in humid weather.

How to apply
• Apply as the last step of your skincare routine
• Dispense a generous amount — do not skimp
• Spread evenly across your face, neck, ears and the back of your hands
• Pat gently for better absorption (mineral sunscreens sit on top of the skin)
• Wait 1-2 minutes before applying makeup to prevent pilling

Pro tips for best results
• Use enough — apply a generous layer. Mineral sunscreens work by forming a physical barrier. A thin layer means gaps in protection.
• Apply over a hydrating serum — mineral sunscreens can be drying. Applying over a thick moisturiser may cause pilling. A lightweight hydrating serum is the sweet spot.
• Wait before makeup — give it 1-2 minutes to settle. Rushing leads to pilling and patchy foundation.
• Reapply every 2-3 hours — if you are outdoors, near windows, or driving. Sunscreen degrades over time.
• For darker skin tones — rub in thoroughly. The white cast fades faster with gentle, consistent rubbing rather than leaving it in a thick layer.

What not to do
• Don't forget your neck, ears, and the back of your hands — these areas age fast
• Don't rely on SPF in your foundation — you would need 15x the normal amount to get the stated protection
• Don't apply over a thick, tacky moisturiser — this causes pilling. Let your moisturiser absorb fully first
• Don't store in direct sunlight or high heat — mineral sunscreens are more stable than chemical ones, but extreme heat still degrades the formula

A note on white cast
This is a 100% mineral sunscreen with 17% zinc oxide. A slight white cast is unavoidable initially, especially on deeper skin tones.

What helps:
• Apply in thin layers rather than one thick layer
• Pat and rub gently until it disappears
• On deeper skin tones, the cast may not fully fade — patch test first

For fair to medium skin tones, the cast fades to a satin, pore-blurring finish within a minute or two.

A note on patch testing
Before using this sunscreen on your full face, patch test first. Apply a small amount behind your ear or along your jawline. Wait 24 hours.

If you notice any redness, itching, or irritation, do not use it on your face.

This is especially important if you have very sensitive skin or have reacted to mineral sunscreens before.
