100% authentic K‑beauty- Hand-picked by our founder
Dr.Reju-All Advanced Retino-Mela Serum is a retinoid serum for dark spots, uneven tone and the first fine lines. It combines 0.1% HPR (hydroxypinacolone retinoate) with 10% niacinamide, tranexamic acid and bisabolol in a light lotion you use after toner. One step for brighter-looking, smoother skin, without stacking two serums.
What it does
HPR is a newer retinoid ester that works on the look of fine lines and rough texture; Dr.Reju-All position it as gentler and more stable than retinol and retinal. Niacinamide and tranexamic acid work together on the look of dark spots and uneven tone, while bisabolol, panthenol and squalane help skin feel comfortable.
Why we chose it
Most people who want brighter, more even skin also want smoother texture, and this covers both in one step. We like that Dr.Reju-All print the strengths on the pack, and that it pairs a retinoid with soothing ingredients rather than more actives.
Best for
- Dark spots, marks and uneven-looking tone
- The first fine lines and rough texture
- Starting a retinoid in a simple routine
- Evening routines
Not ideal if
- You are pregnant or breastfeeding: it contains a retinoid, so ask your doctor or pharmacist first
- You already use another retinoid: don't use both on the same night
Key ingredients
- HPR (hydroxypinacolone retinoate) 0.1%: the look of fine lines and texture
- Niacinamide 10%: helps even the look of tone
- Tranexamic acid: the look of dark spots
- Bisabolol, panthenol and squalane: comfort
Texture and finish
A light lotion that absorbs quickly with a smooth, non-greasy finish, in a 30 ml pump bottle.
Where it goes in your routine
After toner and before your cream, best in the evening. Start 2 to 3 evenings a week and build up as your skin settles. If you use it in the morning, finish with sunscreen; either way, wear sunscreen every morning.
What to expect
Retinoids and brightening ingredients take time. Expect gradual changes in the look of tone and texture over several weeks of steady use, alongside daily sunscreen.
Good to know
It contains a retinoid, so introduce it slowly and wear sunscreen every day. Use exfoliating acids and other retinoids on different nights. On first use, press the pump 6 to 8 times to prime it.
