Amount: coin-size
How: massage gently for 30–60 sec → rinse with lukewarm water
AM tip: If your skin feels irritated, skip cleanser and do a water rinse only.

Amount: 3–4 shakes (pad or palms)
How: sweep (pad) or pat (hands) to calm redness and heat

3.Purito Centella Unscented Serum
Amount: 1–2 pumps
How: spread → pat until absorbed (no rubbing)

4.SKIN1004 Madagascar Centella Ampoule
Amount: 2–3 drops
How: press in gently for extra soothing

5.Etude SoonJung 2x Barrier Intensive Cream
Amount: pea-size
How: warm between palms → press in (avoid tugging)

6.Knours Koolsol Mineral SPF50
Amount: 2 fingers’ length (≈ ½ tsp)
How: apply evenly → let set 10–15 sec
Reapply: every 2–3 h outdoors or after sweating/towel-drying

PM — Melt, Cleanse, Soothe & Repair (4–6 mins)

How: massage on dry skin 60 sec → add water to emulsify → rinse thoroughly
Note: removes SPF, makeup and daily buildup gently

How: massage gently → rinse lukewarm

How: sweep or pat to soften + prep for calming layers

How: thin, even layer → pat in gently

Amount: 2–3 drops
How: press in to reduce heat, burning and irritation

Amount: pea-size
How: press in; add a second layer on dry or sensitive zones

WEEK-1 ONBOARDING (Extra gentle start)

Days 1–3:
AM = Tone → Purito → SKIN1004 → Cream → SPF
PM = Oil Cleanse → Cleanse → Tone → SKIN1004 → Cream (skip Purito if very irritated)

Days 4–7:
Layer Purito + SKIN1004 together if skin feels calm

Maintain AM + PM
Reduce cleansing if skin feels tight
Increase layers (Purito + SKIN1004) during flare-ups

• Mineral SPF blends best when pressed, not rubbed
• If skin feels sensitive: skip cleanser in AM, keep toner + centella + cream
