Not on its own. It is a hydrating toner with a modest amount of niacinamide (2%, as TIRTIR state), which helps a dull, uneven-looking tone over time. For specific dark spots, follow it with a targeted serum such as Anua Niacinamide 10 + TXA 4 Serum, and wear sunscreen daily.

Is it suitable for sensitive skin?

Often, but it depends on your skin. TIRTIR position it for sensitive or stressed skin, there is no fragrance or essential oil in the listed ingredients and no exfoliating acids. It does contain a long list of plant extracts, including peppermint, rosemary, anise and witch hazel, so patch test first if plant extracts have bothered you before.

Will it work for oily skin?

It can. It is light and absorbs to a soft, non-greasy finish. If your skin gets shiny easily, one layer is likely enough.

Is it an exfoliating toner?

No. There are no exfoliating acids in it. It is a hydrating, softening first step, so if you want exfoliation you would need a separate product.
