What's included in the set?
Eight full-size Korean skincare products (no minis, no samples) including a PDRN peptide serum, retinal serum, eye cream, and ceramide barrier cream, plus a printed routine card with exact AM + PM steps. A complete anti-ageing system with built-in onboarding so you don't have to guess how to introduce retinal safely.

How long until I see results?
Hydration and plumpness are noticeable within the first week. Firmness and texture improvement build gradually over 4 to 8 weeks. Fine lines soften with consistent retinal use over 8 to 12+ weeks. Real firming results take time — but you'll feel the difference in skin quality long before you see the lines fade.

Is this suitable for sensitive skin?
The routine includes gentle, barrier-supportive products alongside the retinal serum. The onboarding schedule starts retinal at just 2 nights per week and builds slowly. If your skin is currently irritated or compromised, start with the Barrier Repair Routine first and transition to this once stable.

How long will the set last?
With twice-daily use, most products will last 3 to 4 months. The serums and eye cream may run out slightly sooner. Every product is available individually so you only reorder what you need.

How much would these cost individually?
£169.51 if purchased separately — but without the system, you'd still be guessing how to safely layer peptides and retinal without causing a reaction. This routine gives you the products and a safe onboarding plan together.

Will my skin purge from retinal?
Some people experience mild purging in the first 1 to 3 weeks. This is normal and should settle as skin adjusts. If irritation feels excessive, reduce frequency and continue with your soothing steps.

Can I combine this with tretinoin?
No. Do not layer retinal with prescription tretinoin. Both target the same pathway — combining causes excessive irritation. If you're on retinoids, speak to your prescriber before using this routine. The hydrating products (cleanser, toner, ceramidin, SPF) are fine alongside tretinoin.

What if I get irritation?
Pause the retinal serum for 2 to 3 days. Continue with toner, ceramidin cream, and SPF. Reintroduce slowly.

What does the PDRN peptide serum do?
PDRN (polydeoxyribonucleotide) supports skin repair at a cellular level. Combined with peptides, it helps boost elasticity, firmness, and overall skin smoothness. It's your morning firming step — used daily in the AM routine.

What does the eye cream do?
The Knours eye cream targets fine lines, crow's feet, and loss of elasticity around the eye area. Applied before moisturiser in the AM, after moisturiser in the PM (to buffer against retinal).

Is the cleansing balm necessary?
Yes. It removes SPF and makeup thoroughly in the evening. Without proper first cleansing, residue blocks your treatment products from absorbing.

Do I need SPF every day?
Yes. Essential when using retinal. UV exposure without protection accelerates ageing and can cause irritation on retinal-treated skin.

Can I return or exchange a product?
Unopened and unused products can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. If something isn't working for your skin, contact us.

Can I buy individual products when one runs out?
Yes. Every product in the set is available individually on our store.

Unlike many anti-aging routines, it avoids harsh retinoids, aggressive exfoliants and conflicting actives that can easily irritate the skin.

Retinal is paired with ceramides, peptides and deep hydration to support renewal while maintaining skin stability.
