How long until I see results?
Reduced redness is usually noticeable within 1 to 2 weeks. Breakouts begin to calm by weeks 3 to 6. Post-acne marks (red or brown) improve gradually over 6 to 12 weeks with consistent use and daily SPF. Breakouts take patience — but this system works with your skin, not against it.

Is this routine suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. Specifically designed for reactive, inflamed breakouts. Heartleaf and centella calm irritation while azelaic acid treats breakouts without the harshness of benzoyl peroxide or strong acids.

How long will the set last?
With twice-daily use, most products will last 3 to 4 months. Pimple patches depend on how frequently you use them. Every product is available individually so you only reorder what you need.

How much would these cost individually?
£142.77 if purchased separately — but without the system, you'd still be wondering when to use acids versus when to focus on calming. This routine removes the guesswork so you actually treat the breakouts without destroying your skin barrier.

Will my skin purge?
Azelaic acid doesn't typically cause purging the way retinoids do. Some people notice a brief adjustment period in the first week, but it should settle quickly.

Can I use azelaic acid every night?
Not at first. Start 2 to 3 nights per week and build up gradually. Always follow with moisturiser.

Do I need to double cleanse every night?
If you wear SPF daily, yes. Oil cleansing removes sunscreen and prevents clogged pores — especially important for acne-prone skin.

Does it help with acne marks?
Yes. Azelaic acid combined with daily SPF helps fade both red and brown post-acne marks over time.

What if my skin gets irritated?
Pause the azelaic acid for a few days and continue with toner, centella ampoule, and gel cream. Restart slowly once your skin settles.

Can I use this alongside prescription treatments?
If you're using prescription retinoids or other treatments, consult your dermatologist before combining with this routine. The calming and hydrating products (cleanser, toner, centella, gel cream, SPF) are generally safe alongside prescriptions, but the azelaic acid may need adjusting.

Can I return or exchange a product?
Unopened and unused products can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. If something isn't working for your skin, contact us and we'll help.
