How much white truffle is in it?

d'Alba do not state an amount. White truffle extract is one of many plant extracts in the formula, alongside niacinamide, avocado oil and hydrating ingredients. We chose it for hydration and glow; the truffle is part of the formula, not the reason to buy it.

Does it contain fragrance?

Yes. It contains fragrance plus linalool, hexyl cinnamal, limonene and citronellol, which are listed fragrance allergens. If fragrance tends to irritate your skin, this is not the mist we would choose for you.

Can I use it over makeup?

Yes. d'Alba describe it as a mist, serum and setting spray in one, for any step of your skincare and makeup routine. Spray from 10 to 20 cm away and let it settle, rather than rubbing, so you don't disturb what is underneath.

Can oily skin use it?

It can, especially if your skin is oily but dehydrated. It has an oil layer and leaves a dewy sheen, so if you prefer a matte finish, you may find it adds more shine than you want.

Does it replace my serum or moisturiser?

No. Think of it as a light hydrating step and a top-up through the day. On drier skin, follow it with your usual serum and moisturiser.
