Is it fragrance-free?

Not quite. Purito describe it as free of synthetic fragrance, but it contains tea tree leaf oil (50 ppm), an essential oil, as well as 10% tea tree leaf water. If essential oils irritate your skin, this is not the one to choose.

Can sensitive skin use it?

It depends on what your skin reacts to. Azelaic acid can cause a mild tingle at first, and the formula contains tea tree oil. If your skin is sensitive but not reactive to tea tree, patch test, start every other day and use it less often if the tingle lingers.

Can I use it with a retinoid or exfoliating acid?

We would not start them at the same time. Introduce this on its own first. Once you know how your skin responds, use the other active on different days if you want both, and keep sunscreen daily.

Will it get rid of my post-blemish marks?

It is designed for the look of post-blemish marks and redness, not as an overnight fix. Marks change gradually and depend on steady use and daily sunscreen.
